Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute authority over your e-mailboxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can set up a new email mailbox in no time and administer its settings with ease. Moreover, you can redirect mails from one email mailbox to another, configure e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mailboxes against junk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited email messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mail box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming email messages according to specific criteria set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and specify the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other email accounts. Just specify the mail account you would like to redirect mails from, then select the destination e-mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
